Welcome to Your Mental Health Journey
Who I am
Therapy saved my life.
That is not a slogan — it is the truth. And it is why I do this work.
I believe there isn’t a human being alive who couldn’t benefit from therapy. We live in a fast-moving, ever-changing, often overwhelming world. Anxiety, trauma, grief, identity shifts, divorce, parenting stress, burnout — these experiences don’t just live in our thoughts. They live in our bodies, our relationships, and our sense of meaning.
Therapy is where we slow down. Where we ground. Where we begin to understand ourselves deeply and without judgment.
It is both a luxury and a necessity.
I work with couples, families, and adults navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, fertility challenges, PTSD, bipolar disorder, sexual identity exploration, intimacy concerns, and family conflict. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who look “fine” on the outside but feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected internally.
My style is warm, relational, and deeply attuned — but also strategic and structured. I am direct in a gentle way. I will validate you, and I will challenge you. I hold unconditional positive regard for every client while helping you become the person you truly want to be.
I tailor therapy to the individual. Rather than expecting you to fit into a modality, I draw from approaches that best support you — including CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, EFCT, the Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, IFS, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Somatic work, TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and expressive modalities such as art therapy. At the core of all of it is a humanistic belief in your inherent worth and capacity for growth.
Real change happens when therapy extends beyond the session. I collaborate with clients to integrate the work into daily life through journaling, mindfulness, behavioral shifts, body-based practices, relational exercises, and intentional reflection. We don’t just talk about change — we live it.
Before becoming a therapist, I practiced law for over 20 years and worked as a family mediator for nearly a decade. That experience sharpened my analytical thinking and deepened my commitment to ethics, accountability, and thoughtful progress. Ultimately, I felt called to help people not just resolve external problems — but create meaningful, fulfilling lives from the inside out.
My clients often tell me they experience less anxiety and depression, integrate trauma more fully, and develop greater insight and self-compassion through our work together. While I cannot promise outcomes, I can promise dedication, presence, and genuine care.
It is the honor of my life to be invited into my clients’ inner worlds.
If you are motivated to engage in the therapeutic process — even if you are unsure or in the early stages of change — we can begin exactly where you are.
